ORDER
1. How do I place an order?
Step 1. To place an order, click “Our Product” from menu.
Step 2. Then choose your desired category.
Step 3. For more information of the product click the photo.
Step 4. Choose your desired item and click add to cart.
Step 5. Click view cart then proceed to checkout.
Step 6. Enter billing/shipping details and click “place order”
Step 7. You will receive an order notification thru email.
A. If payment will be made thru COD, verify and confirm the shipping details.
B. If payment will be made thru Bank deposit or Pera Padala, attach the copy of your payment slip/receipt, and send it to meandu.mktg@gmail.com.
Step 8. After confirmation, your order will be processed and scheduled for pick up.

1. What payments method do you accept?
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
– Yes. We highly value our dear shoppers and we want you to be truly satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any concerns with the items please refer to policy below, or feel free to contact us so that we may address your concerns as quickly as possible.
2. What is your return and exchanges policy?
- The return and exchange is only allowed seven (7) days upon receipt.
- Products to be exchanged should be in good, new, unused condition.
- For shirts and apparel, only the sizes are allowed for exchange.
3. Do I have to pay for the return and exchange of item?
– Yes. You will shoulder the shipping fee of the return and exchange of items. If the return and exchange of item is seller’s error, we will refund your shipping cost.
